CFO

with a long-standing client. This person will work directly with the President on company strategy and growth. The company aims to double its revenue in the next couple of years. ** This role is

ONSITE . Please do not respond if you are looking for remote opportunities or are not local (the company will consider relocation candidates from out of state). Individuals who do not meet the profile will not be considered. Overall Responsibilities

The #2 person within the organization; President wants this person to be his main "go-to" for all financial matters with him and the executive team. Oversee all financial areas, including accounting and credit departments; Controller reports directly to help manage and mentor these areas. Work with the executive team on financial strategies and forecasting for growth. Involved with all M&A activities as needed; the company is targeting large acquisitions of smaller companies (20-150 FTE). Oversee treasury, banking relationships, insurance, budgets, forecasting, reporting and compliance. Supply chain oversight or routine hands‑on interaction with supply chain operations. Review, develop and implement new policies and procedures; help build organizational financial KPIs and financial modeling. Inventory forecasting and development of pricing strategy. Oversee the IT department, work closely to improve and streamline systems; develop new data dashboards and IT roadmap to assist with forecasting and budgeting across all divisions; involvement with ERP integrations. Work closely with the President and other executives presenting financial areas within the organization. Attend quarterly off‑site meetings – usually one day per month, two days per quarter. Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance or related. CPA and/or CMA highly preferred (inactive may be considered if active again); MBA a plus. 15+ years finance, IT/technology or blended experience, including supervisory roles; accounting background preferred. Past company size $200m - $400m revenue. Prior experience supervising/overseeing an IT department or area – mandatory. Experience with pricing and margin strategy – highly preferred. Prior experience with operations and sales areas – highly preferred. 5+ years experience in a high‑level financial role (CFO highly preferred). Strong management skills—hands‑on, mentoring, implementing new procedures, professional direction. Strong ERP systems experience; worked through ERP upgrades/implementations and collaborated with IT to improve system capabilities. Good communication and presentation skills—able to interact well with executives, accounting staff and non‑finance staff. Good time‑management skills; can manage work and staff to meet deadlines. Strong judgement and decision‑making. Base Salary:
