Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer Location: NYC, NY. or REMOTE Contract role. W2 Only (No OPT's please) Job Description We are looking for a technically strong engineer with deep hands‑on experience across proxy, CrowdStrike, Tessian, networking, firewalls, Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid environments involving on‑premises data centers and cloud. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can design, implement, and support secure, scalable infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and support proxy infrastructure, firewalls, and network connectivity across hybrid environments Administer and tune security tools such as CrowdStrike and Tessian for endpoint and email protection Implement and manage Azure networking, identity, and access management (Entra ID) Support hybrid identity integrations between on‑prem AD and Azure Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues across data centers and cloud environments Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure a secure and stable environment Document configurations, processes, and incident resolutions Required Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on expertise with proxies and enterprise firewalls Experience with CrowdStrike EDR and Tessian email security Solid networking skills – routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT Proficiency with Azure cloud services and Entra ID (Azure AD) Experience managing hybrid on‑premises and cloud infrastructures Good understanding of security best practices and incident response 5–8 years of relevant technical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
