Join the Greenheck Group as a Campus Maintenance Manager in Schofield, WI. This role supports corporate net sales objectives and oversees maintenance and safety programs across our facilities.
Your Opportunity As Campus Maintenance Manager, you will provide direction and leadership to the maintenance team, oversee operations, and maintain equipment, systems, and facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and direct team of maintenance personnel responsible for the integrity of Greenheck Group buildings, grounds, and machinery.
Ensure all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed. Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
Provide technical leadership by answering daily inquiries and assisting with solving problems. Coordinate communication with team across all shifts.
Monitor campus‑wide spare parts, shop supplies and tooling.
Work to continually improve corporate safety programs and safety & housekeeping awareness.
Ensure production goals are obtained through timely and cost‑effective repair of factory equipment to minimize downtimes and maximize machine capacity and longevity.
Meet with vendors to negotiate the purchase of and obtain information on equipment or services on current projects.
Manage and provide education to other company personnel on governmental regulatory issues that affect the Greenheck Group manufacturing operations (e.g., DNR, DOT, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local municipalities).
Provide technical consultation with others in the organization concerning process operation and capabilities.
Plan and implement facility expansions, utility projects, and machinery rebuild/upgrade projects.
Provide plant engineering services to other manufacturing engineering projects such as installation of new equipment, plant layout modifications, and emission permit application.
Proactively support continuous improvement activities.
What You Should Have
6–8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance.
6–8 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
4‑year bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study (or equivalent years of job experience).
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing.
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification.
Project management skills.

Travel required more than 25% of the time.
