Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy is hiring an experienced
orthopedic
Physical Therapist to step directly into a Clinic Director role
at our Layton clinic. This is a rare chance to inherit a full caseload, lead a high-performing team, and join the fastest-growing PT group in Davis County.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$90,000–$100,000 DOE Monthly bonuses up to $800
(most average $400–$500/month) Total annual comp:
~$95,000–$106,000+ Medical insurance 401k w/ 4% match $1,500 CEU budget
(includes Dry Needling) License renewal paid Malpractice coverage 10 PTO days + paid Christmas week + major holidays Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonus possible
Schedule & Caseload 8am–5pm schedule (1 late shift/week to 6:30pm) Closed Thursday mornings Early-out every other Friday 17–18 patients/day
(no double-booking) 90-minute appointments with
20 minutes 1:1 PT time 5 documentation units per visit
Leadership Responsibilities You will lead a team of
10 employees
and oversee: Clinic operations and culture Performance reviews KPI tracking & clinic metrics Physician outreach & relationship management Participating in leadership meetings Staff guidance and discipline (HR-supported)
You will NOT be responsible for scheduling or PT recruitment — those are handled internally. Protected
admin time: 2 hrs/week

What We’re Looking For Must-haves: DPT + active Utah license 2–3+ years outpatient ortho experience Strong manual therapy skills Comfortable with 17–18 patients/day Leadership mindset & great communication
Nice-to-haves: Dry Needling, OCS, vestibular experience, Spanish-speaking
