Full-Time, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts. Must be comfortable being on-call 24/7 if needed.

looking for a
skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher
to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who thrives in
fast-paced environments , can
quickly assess service needs , and is comfortable coordinating
technicians, schedules, and customer requests
in real-time.

Coordinating & Dispatching Technicians
Assign jobs to technicians
based on urgency, skill level, and location
to maximize efficiency. Adjust schedules and re-route technicians
as issues arise , ensuring minimal downtime. Track job progress and technician locations
to provide real-time updates
to customers and management. Customer Communication & Support
Respond to
incoming calls, emails, and service requests , gathering all necessary job details. Set clear expectations for customers regarding
service timelines, technician arrival, and costs . Address customer concerns or scheduling conflicts
with professionalism and problem-solving skills . Administrative & Record-Keeping Duties
Maintain
accurate and detailed records
of service requests, work orders, and technician assignments. Ensure all job details, technician notes, and customer interactions are
documented and accessible . Work closely with the team to
improve scheduling processes and workflow efficiency . Qualifications
5 years of dispatching experience
required. Industry experience in
Plumbing, HVAC, or Construction
highly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus . Strong ability to
juggle multiple calls and requests

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
