Position Title: Operator
Reports To: Foreman
Duties and Responsibilities: Operate designated equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform daily maintenance, including greasing and oiling equipment.
Hand dig around utilities when necessary.
Operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws after training.
Transport and load materials needed for the job.
Adhere to all company safety policies and practices.
Report equipment repairs to Foreman or Supervisor.
Perform light repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
Assist in hauling equipment to and from the job site.
Clean up and restore the work area after completion.
Wash and clean vehicles and equipment regularly.
Complete safety training as required.
Maintain paperwork and records as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Education and Qualifications: Good verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and valid DOT Health Card.
Required Skills: Class A Driver’s License (CDL).
Physical Demands: Must be physically fit to handle daily activities.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
