Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning mechanical systems, especially within data centers or mission‑critical facilities. Switchgear, UPS, CRACs, generators, PDU, ATS commissioning, testing, start‑up experience. Proficient understanding of HVAC, chilled water, and other mechanical systems. Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA industry standards is a plus. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively in dynamic environments. Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, along with medical, dental, vision benefits, and a generous PTO plan.
