Personal Lines Account Manager
for their busy office. This position can be handled at any of the above locations or remotely within the regional area of any one of these cities. The
Personal Lines Account Manager
is a key member of the personal lines services team. This role involves answering all inbound personal lines service calls, providing service and sales to customers, including but not limited to adding, deleting, or replacing vehicles; changing coverages; managing lien-holders and mortgagees; answering billing questions; verifying insurance; taking payments; cross-selling; providing new quotes; and handling other insurance-related customer service inquiries. Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer service requests professionally and knowledgeably. Assess impacts and needs related to service requests, including effects on other coverages or policies. Identify coverage gaps during routine contacts and educate customers on risk mitigation. Document all contacts, maintain accurate customer records, and update information as needed. Maintain effective follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers. Utilize technology effectively to perform assignments and requests. Apply knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and agency rules to serve customers efficiently. Draft and send correspondence and perform other service-related tasks as assigned. Support team activities and perform additional duties as needed. Job Requirements and Competencies: Current (CA) Property and Casualty License is required. 4+ years of agency experience preferred. Experience with AMS360, Agency/ZOOM is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance standards. Dependable, responsive, and able to complete work activities on time. Salary range: $64,000 - $70,000 DOE. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
