SSC Services For Education is hiring: LEAD JANITOR (FULL TIME) in Murray

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time LEAD JANITOR position.

Location: Murray State University - 615 Gilbert Graves Drive, Murray, KY 42071

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Custodial experience required.

Pay Range: $12.00 per hour to $12.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and provides training on the use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
• Provides recommendations to training coordinator for disciplinary action as appropriate.
• Performs reviews (e.g., monthly safety performance review) to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and other applicable requirements and policies.
• Performs walk-through building inspections as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
