Role Specifics and Responsibilities
Prepare and organize sterile fields from pre‑op through postoperative care.
Assist with instrument sets, counts, and passing instruments.
Maintain sterile technique and ensure room readiness for each case.
Help with patient positioning, monitor equipment readiness, and support turnover between surgeries.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to anticipate needs, prevent delays, and uphold infection control standards.
Communicate clearly to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Compensation, Hours, and Housing Competitive weekly pay of $2,082–$2,183 with guaranteed 36 hours per week, starting 11/15/2025. Housing assistance is provided to ease relocation, and a 24/7 support system ensures you have guidance wherever assignments take you.
