our Manufacturing Team , you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery/equipment at
Sinking Spring, PA . In this role, a typical day will include:
Perform a variety of repetitive, skilled manual operations to exacting standards Strict adherence to SOPs and GMPs Ability to read and understand product specifications, blueprints, and documentation Assist in maintaining detailed product documentation and verification of applicable records Maintain a clean and orderly work area Ensure product quality during manufacturing process Set grinding wheel, adjust press station or curve when required What you'll bring to Alcon:
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English Work hours: 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm Travel Requirements: None Relocation Assistance: None Sponsorship Available: No Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Previous experience with machine operation, set-ups, and troubleshooting Punch Press and Grinding experience Strong analytical and mechanical skills Visual acuity Manual dexterity How you can thrive at Alcon:
