Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced Vertical Mill Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. If you have a solid background in mill or lathe operations and are looking to put your skills to work in a clean, safety-focused environment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st or 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

Load and unload vertical milling machines

Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure precision

Set, polish, grind, and pack finished parts according to specifications

Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating mills or lathes

Comfortable lifting

up

to 40 pounds regularly

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to read and follow technical instructions

Team-oriented and dependable
