Collaborate within the team to design, develop, test, and debug highly scalable and efficient AI solutions. Stay on the cutting edge of AI technologies and methodologies, actively incorporating the latest advancements and best practices into engineering processes. Write high‑quality, maintainable, and accurate code, accompanied by comprehensive tests, adhering strictly to established best practices and standards. Develop new services and components utilizing the latest industry frameworks, platforms, and service providers. Proactively monitor performance dashboards, respond promptly to alerts, and ensure the continuous, smooth operation of critical services. Partner with specialized experts in areas such as usability, cloud automation, and service reliability within a technically complex and evolving environment. Accurately estimate work effort and project timelines, clearly articulating the reasoning and assumptions behind all projections. Identify and implement automation and scaling solutions to significantly reduce operational complexity and increase efficiency. Continuously monitor and actively maintain the health, performance, and high availability of systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure. Experiment and prototype new methods for leveraging artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges or enhance customer experiences. Qualifications

2+ years experience in Software Development Hands‑on experience with Python (or Java), Databricks, and core Cloud technologies. Demonstrated understanding of how AI and Machine Learning concepts (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Models, Natural Language Processing) apply to modern product and engineering challenges. Proven ability to write high‑quality, maintainable, accurate, and well‑tested code, strictly following industry best practices. Practical experience leveraging AI‑powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a commitment to staying current with emerging AI trends and concepts. Solid hands‑on experience with diverse software development practices and application development, utilizing strong judgment and problem‑solving skills. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, capable of proactively sharing status updates and articulating risks within the team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in an autonomous environment. Nice to Have

Foundational knowledge of AI agent architectures and development. Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, and GraphRAG techniques. Familiarity with AI‑enhanced workflows, such as spec‑driven development. Experience using MCP servers, clients, and utilizing MCPs as agent tools. Front‑end development experience, particularly with JavaScript. Reasons to Join
