Human Resources Business Partner

to join our team in

Atlanta, GA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders across our North America organization. In this role, you will shape and drive people strategies that enable performance, engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.

The HRBP partners closely with leaders, the Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the regional HR team to ensure seamless HR delivery. You will play a critical role in embedding Fluidra’s values, advancing our culture, supporting engagement, and enabling leaders through coaching and talent guidance.

Additionally, you will:

Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, guiding decision-making on organization design, talent planning, leadership effectiveness, and culture. Coach leaders in developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, engaging work environments.

Translate business strategy into HR initiatives that build capability and support sustainable growth and drive proactive solutions.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns regarding workplace issues, policies, and procedures, and providing guidance to resolve conflicts effectively. Manage disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.

Partner with Talent team on succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and performance management.

Act as a change agent, supporting change management and organizational transformation.Drive adoption of HR systems, processes and tools.

Own the planning, promotion and execution of employee engagement programs and activities, acting as a culture ambassador who models and reinforces behaviors aligned to Fluidra values.

Develop and deliver strategic HR communications, trainings and presentations.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including supporting audit and research projects as needed.

Maintains knowledge of HR trends, best practices and regulatory changes and makes recommendations to HR management

Assists the greater HR team with special projects and additional duties as assigned

WHAT WE SEEK

5+ years’ work experience supporting in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist capacity with an emphasis in HR project management, administration and employee relations.

Strong project coordination and/or management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills and an ability to form positive and professional relationships

Ability to support complex employee situations with a calm and professional demeanor

Experience in handing employee concerns, investigations or other employee relations matters

Ability to handle sensitive information with high level of discretion and confidentiality

Understanding of federal and multistate employment laws and regulations

Knowledge of HRIS systems

Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Success Factors or similar system, is a preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and with a team

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
