The firm’s tax practice focuses on all aspects of US and UK tax law and advises on thousands of transactions annually across a variety of sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy, telecommunications and real estate.

Advise clients on tax matters related to fund formation, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures

Qualifications

5+ years of tax experience representing fund sponsors and investors, particularly with venture funds and private equity funds

Large law firm experience preferred

Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000+.
