Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid Sales Operations Support) Professional to support our clients growing team in Peachtree City, GA. This is a hybrid, long?term temporary position ideal for someone with strong customer account management and order processing experience who enjoys a fast?paced, collaborative environment.

chrc511@kellyservices.com Key Responsibilities Manage multiple customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle same?day order maintenance and customer order management. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain customer purchase orders for perfect match and timely fulfillment. Provide custom reports and analytics to support account management and business decisions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Research and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Support account managers with reporting, tracking, and communications.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience (5+ years) considered. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint proficiency. Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette. EDI experience a plus but not required. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Team?oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative. High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
