Schneider is seeking a Transportation Planner Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of transportation planners who match available drivers and equipment to customer loads. The Transportation Planner Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of drivers and equipment. Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of associates. Work with other leaders to create a strategy that optimizes the use of freight, equipment and drivers. Analyze and improve dispatch-related activities. Make employment-related decisions. Work closely with other teams to identify and address problem areas and streamline processes. Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field. Two plus years of related work experience. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Is goal-driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes. Able to positively coach, lead and influence a team. Pay And Benefits
