Essential Functions

Lead and manage the office team, fostering a positive work environment.

Oversee training and development of staff.

Participate in recruitment, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Manage patient relations, addressing concerns and maintaining high customer service.

Oversee office budgets, billing, and financial reporting.

Manage inventory of office and dental supplies.

Optimize scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Maintain accurate patient and office records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Support other tasks as needed, adapting to dynamic practice needs.

Qualifications

Experience in office management, preferably in a dental setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in office management software and technology.

Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting.

Compensation and Location Salary range starting at $62,000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.

In‑person; local travel between offices may be required.

Work Hours: Monday‑Thursday (8:30 am‑6 pm or 9:30 am‑7 pm), Friday (8:30 am‑5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am‑4 pm).
