Job Overview Callaway Golf is the leading manufacturer of premium golf clubs, balls, performance gear and accessories worldwide. As our new CRO Manager, you'll join the growth e‑commerce team and be a key player in enhancing the performance of our digital assets.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy across Callaway Golf and OGIO websites, landing pages, campaigns and checkout flows.
Analysis & Insights: Use web analytics, heatmaps, session recordings and user surveys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities in the user journey.
Experimentation: Design, prioritize and run A/B, multivariate and split‑URL tests, managing the full experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to analysis.
Conversion & Revenue Focus: Champion a comprehensive approach that targets conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchases through upsells, cross‑sells and personalization.
Collaboration: Work closely with Site Merchandising, Design, Consumer Insights and Marketing teams to implement winning tests and new features.
Reporting: Regularly report on CRO performance and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Tool Management: Manage and leverage CRO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, Contentsquare, GTM).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or e‑commerce environment.
A proven track record of designing and executing successful A/B and multivariate tests that led to measurable improvements.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to convert qualitative and quantitative data into strategic recommendations.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in e‑commerce.
Deep understanding of user‑centric design principles and methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
