DENTRIX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ROLE We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented experienced Front Desk Representative to join the team at Killingly Dental Care! As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
2+ years of Dentrix experience Two or more years of experience as a receptionist, dental experience required Experience with check out process Clear understanding and experience working with dental insurances. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent multi-tasking skills
