Required Skills & Experience
5+ years
of IT Project Management experience.
3+ years
of Release Management experience across multiple teams.
3+ years
of hands-on experience with all aspects of the
System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
2+ years
of project management experience with a
State Medicaid Agency
or a large healthcare management organization.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
(required).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional matrixed teams.
Experience conducting milestone reviews and release diagnostics.
Preferred Skills
2+ years
of experience with an
Integrated Eligibility
project.
2+ years ’ experience in projects within the
M&O phase .
Knowledge of
H.R.1 (Big Beautiful Bill) .
Experience facilitating
Joint Application Design (JAD)
sessions.
Experience with
ServiceNow .
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
Proficiency with
MS Project
and
MS Visio .
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of IT project management and leadership.
3+ years of client-facing experience.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple maintenance/enhancement releases annually (12–14 per year) and weekly hotfix deployments.
Strong background in Release Management and SDLC.
Experience working in a
State
or large healthcare setting.
Proven ability to build productive client relationships and manage risks/issues.
PMP certified.
