Job Description We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who can help us deliver reliable, high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into details, spotting issues early, and working closely with developers and product teams to make sure every release meets our standards. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our testing framework, improving processes, and supporting smooth product launches. This position can be located in our Oakland, CA; Detroit, MI; Chalfont, PA; Oak Brook, IL; and Jersey City, NJ, offices, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. What You’ll Do
Designing and developing Test Automation Scripts and testing artifacts required for each assigned initiative
Write and execute test scenarios, test cases for manual testing, input test data, and expected results for all phases of testing including unit testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing, load testing, and performance testing
Conduct tests and result analyses to ensure software meets specified standards
Accountable for Triage of issues and defect resolution
Participate in release planning and product roll‑out
Identify gaps in the QA & testing processes, and work with team manager to address those

Qualifications What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience related to Software Quality Assurance
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or equivalent
Overall passion and commitment to QA/testing and Test Automation
Proficiency in BugBug.io or similar test automation tool, developing test cases that adhere to recognized industry best practices
Ability to write test scripts based on defined requirements/user stories and execute manual testing
Knowledge of SQL and MS Excel/VB scripting to create complex queries
Ability to work within small and large teams with open and collaborative style of communication
Software development experience is a Plus
Agile Methodology Experience
Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
We conduct pre‑employment drug and background screening
Preferred
Expertise in Automation Testing Tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman and SoapUI
Experience with DevOps
MS Dynamics 365 or in any other CRM tool would be a plus
Experience in the Energy Industry would be a plus
