Understanding and communicating in Spanish is a must, and this role will require travel to Mexico.
Job Purpose Managing and optimizing a company's inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, analyzing data, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient inventory processes. Key responsibilities include data analysis and reporting.
Review and monitor inventory details weekly & monthly in the PLEX system, and document discrepancies with root cause analysis.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities Inventory Management
Monitoring and tracking inventory levels in warehouses and distribution centers
Ensuring accurate inventory records and cycle count
Performing inventory audits and discrepancy analysis
Working with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline inventory processes
Data Analysis and Reporting
Weekly & monthly review and monitor inventory levels and perform inventory analysis, including inventory adjustment in the PLEX system, which are properly approved, and follow up with unexplained inventory discrepancies
Work with the Inventory Coordinator for both AEM plants and the El Paso warehouse to confirm the physical inventory on hand
Prepare reports for weekly inventory by location and inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics for monthly
Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, and Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain Management
3–5 years of related work experience, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive
Project Management Software experience preferred (Microsoft, Smart Sheet, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use a wide variety of software
Detail‑oriented and multi‑tasking ability
Ability to work independently with practical organizational skills
Spanish‑speaking is a plus as an inventory analyst needs to work closely with plants based in Juarez, Mexico
