About This Role
Amazon E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Allen, TX (Hybrid – in-office 3 days a week)
Salary: $65-$70k
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon E-Commerce Specialist located in Allen, TX. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Amazon storefront, overseeing inventory management, conducting sales analysis, performing customer service tasks, and collaborating with various teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a focus on customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central
Own daily Amazon operations including but not limited to product listings, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and order resolution.
Create, update, and optimize A content and product detail pages to drive visibility, conversion, and brand consistency.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Develop, launch, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) focused on achieving target ROAS and maintaining profitability.
Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and advertising spend, identifying trends and actionable insights for continuous growth.
Maintain and refresh the Amazon Brand Storefront, ensuring visuals, product assortments, and campaigns reflect brand updates and promotions.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing product imagery, videos, and copy that enhance discoverability and engagement.
Manage FBA shipments, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate restocks to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Respond to customer service inquiries on Amazon promptly and professionally, resolving issues related to orders, returns, and product information to ensure positive reviews and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot listing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify new opportunities to increase visibility and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly Amazon performance reports, summarizing insights, KPIs, and growth recommendations.
Stay up to date with Amazon policy changes, advertising trends, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive performance.
Cross-Functional E-Commerce Support
Partner with the Shop Manager and e-commerce team on special projects such as product launches, creative asset coordination, or seasonal promotions.
Share Amazon performance insights to inform broader digital marketing and merchandising strategies.
Provide occasional support with Shopify listings, influencer gifting coordination, or paid campaign reporting as needed.
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online sales channels.
Qualifications
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon storefront management
Strong analytical skills to track performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction
Experience in providing outstanding customer service and handling inquiries promptly
Understanding of sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals
Adaptability, organization, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-motivated, looks for tasks and gets to work without being told
Nice to Have
Experience with Paid Ads
Familiarity with creative strategy, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopify
Graphic design or video editing skills for ad creatives
Knowledge of influencer marketing or affiliate programs
Knowledge of online marketing strategies and trends is a plus
