What You’ll Do Lead a multi‑disciplinary team in the design and execution of manufacturing projects across food & beverage, consumer health, fast‑moving consumer goods, and other industry sectors. Responsibilities include:

Accountable for all aspects of project execution: line layout engineering, mechanical design, vendor/contractor management, equipment procurement, schedule management, project finances, site management, and installation support.

Organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities simultaneously.

Meet with clients to define program requirements based on production process flow and space/environmental needs.

Maintain and grow solid client relationships.

Convert information into project documentation, manage integration of packaging automation lines, and lead project teams.

Grow and expand local and regional clients.

Make an impact day‑to‑day with skills and expertise, strengthening relationships with clients and the team.

Create integrated solutions and communicate key concepts to the client.

Innovate and improve design and service delivery methods and processes.

Build and sustain long‑term client and internal relationships.

Travel to top clients across the country is required to assist in design, project management, facility development, and to conduct yourself with integrity in pursuit of individual and enterprise goals.

What You’ll Bring

B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.

Minimum of 8+ years of project engineering experience with packaging lines, automation, or manufacturing applications. Experience in food & beverage, personal care, or chemical/pharma is a plus.

Demonstrated experience leading successful conceptual design efforts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.

Outstanding engineering and project management skills, including machinery applications, computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD & SolidWorks), and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to grow business.

Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for project requirements, including installation, start‑up, client meetings, and industry events.
