BIM Specialist – ArchKey Solutions
Join our team as a BIM Specialist based in St. Louis, MO. You will develop and support fully constructible 3D models and detailed construction documents to assist field electricians with challenging electrical installations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with design teams and manage BIM modeling,ashing, and annotation tasks.
Produce constructible 3D model content and detailed electrical construction documents using Revit.
Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and value‑engineering ideas to support project estimates.
Consult with vendors, review shop drawings for design accuracy, and develop engineered installation drawings.
Maintain communications with project stakeholders, update plans as needed, and provide technical support to managers and field personnel.
Respond to questions, resolve issues, and plans accordingly.
Stay current on electrical systems, National Electrical Code, and related building codes, and pursue continual learning.
Build relationships with customers and team members to support company values.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in BIM, engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of BIM modeling experience preferred.
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; experience in Evolve is a plus.
Basic reading of electrical contracts, plans, and specifications.
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to work independently.
Growth and commitment to learning.
Travel Occasional travel may be required.
