Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow company policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage schedules, order product, train team members and hire staff.
Earn a profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Qualifications
At least 18 years or older
Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience*
