Responsibilities
Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts.
Resolves issues about any of our discounts or programs.
Reaches out to customers and sets appointments.
Cross‑sells to our customers with regards to the Multi‑Line discount.
Handles incoming calls and answers any questions.
Collects payments and makes policy changes.
Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests.
Submits claims paperwork requested by claim representatives.
Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
May assist with INFB Health Plans.
Any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3 years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred.
Property & Casualty insurance license required or ability to obtain within a year.
Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or fast learning ability.
Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional interaction with internal and external clients.
Proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
Patience and understanding while guiding customers through technology.
