About the Role As a Product Manager on the Commerce “Upgrade and Churn” Product team, you will conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch experiences that support business goals toward increasing subscription revenue and preventing voluntary churn. You will create upgrade journeys for users across web, mobile devices, and TV platforms that are transparent and elegant. You will work with engineering, data, partnerships, design, research, and more; you will inspire innovation, motivate best‑in‑class solutions, and drive alignment through execution.
Reports to: Principal Product Manager, Commerce Upgrade and Churn
Responsibilities
Help develop a roadmap of impactful products, features, and optimizations that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities.
Monitor performance of core upgrade journeys and develop a deep knowledge of how existing flows work technically and how users move between subscription products.
Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to evaluate solution approaches, assess technical feasibility, and ensure alignment on building the most effective product outcomes.
Identify and lead new feature development initiatives to drive subscription profitability goals; communicate ideas to different audiences and influence them.
Continuously experiment on production experiences, continually A/B testing to fine‑tune product journeys and learn.
Work with Legal to understand compliance requirements and propose product solutions that meet the needs.
Perform pricing and copy edit updates across owned surfaces.
Effectively and consistently communicate work and priorities to manager, peers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications Essential Skills & Attributes
Experienced product owner with a proven track record of end‑to‑end ownership and production of user‑facing journeys.
Use of experimentation tools, technologies, best practices, and own experience‑based methods.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, acting in staunch support of user‑centric decisions.
Identify impactful concepts and push them through rigorous evaluation, execution, implementation, experimentation, and success.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, iterative, collaborative environment.
Fast and eager learner willing to take on new challenges and explore ambiguous problems.
Strong communication skills, able to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and distill complex messages into simple language both verbally and in writing.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years in product management, owning front‑end user journeys.
Experience developing and shipping products for web, mobile apps, smart TVs, connected TV devices – tvOS, Fire TV, Roku, etc.
Expertise in product experimentation – design, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research.
Comfort working with team members across UX design, data, engineering, and stakeholder groups.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, AirTable, Figma, Optimizely, and MS suite applications.
Deep understanding and interest in the streaming industry, its major players, trends, and challenges.
Hybrid This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
