The Business Operations team tackles critical business challenges and partners with cross‑functional groups. In this role, you will work closely with the Bank Partnerships team, which sits at the intersection of product, policy, and partnerships to manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Initiate, manage, and execute new cross‑functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across the company.
Partner with other teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Develop and track key company KPIs to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Identify and assess the viability of new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
Build processes and success measures, and execute initiatives to launch and operationalize new products in close partnership with Product and Go‑to‑Market teams.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Strategy, Business Operations, or Finance for complex, multi‑stakeholder businesses.
Passion for financial services innovation.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
Comfort thriving in ambiguous environments with high autonomy.
Excellent relationship building across all organizational levels.
Capability to drive consensus across cross‑functional teams and influence decision making.
SQL knowledge preferred.
Prior operational experience in fintech, data infrastructure, or high‑growth SaaS companies (dual‑sided marketplace or network business exposure preferred).
Compensation Base salary range: $150,000 – $187,200 per year (New York, NY). The stated range does not include commission, equity, or benefits.
Additional compensation (equity and/or commission) depends on the final position offered.
