General surgical pathology and cytopathology sign-out Frozen section and intraoperative consultations Clinical pathology oversight responsibilities Participation in tumor boards and quality initiatives Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility Eligible for Indiana medical license Excellent diagnostic and communication skills Strong commitment to teamwork and high-quality patient care
