WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data‑driven decision‑making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
- Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
- Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
