Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for candidates across Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Design teams
Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and ensure a high close rate with strong quality of hire
Validate both behavioral and technical competencies within the company's technological framework
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and improve recruitment processes
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of technical recruitment experience in Engineering, Product, Design, or Data
Strong ability to adapt in a high-growth startup environment
Proven track record in developing innovative recruitment strategies
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
Knowledge of integrated scheduling platforms such as Good Time or Calendly
Experience in a high-growth startup setting
A passion for technology and its applications in recruitment
