What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
Source and identify potential talent through various online platforms
Manage recruiting data and maintain reports within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Conduct interviews and analyze candidates' qualifications and fit
Support the onboarding process for new hires and identify improvements in recruitment practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
Proven experience in managing recruiting data and generating reports
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Technical knowledge to engage with candidates effectively and understand their qualifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience recruiting for specific technical roles such as solution architects, business analysts, and developers
Proficiency in utilizing job boards and other sourcing mechanisms to attract candidates
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
