Responsibilities Your day-to-day includes creating compelling job ads, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting in-depth interviews, making job offers, guiding onboarding, and supporting the internal training program in collaboration with team leaders to align training with organizational goals. Qualifications Experience with conducting interviews and compliance protocols Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment Salary and Benefits Salary: $25 - $28 per hour . Benefits include sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, and monthly cash incentives. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
