The Role

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Cambio, you will be the organizational linchpin supporting our executive team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate effective communication across the company.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide high‑level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and arrange logistics for conferences, off‑sites, and other team travel.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, team off‑sites, and other corporate gatherings.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior leadership in fast‑paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack) and experience with virtual collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities and responsibilities.

Logistics

  • Work Authorization: Able to work in the United States.
  • Location: Hybrid role, primarily hiring from hubs in New York and San Francisco. Proximity to one of these cities is strongly preferred.
