Qualifications

• 5 years of recent experience implementing SuccessFactors in the public sector.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the RCM module.
• Proven experience configuring and managing RCM workflows, job requisitions, and candidate processing.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and related modules (Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, etc.).
• 50% onsite required.
