Job SummaryA Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business through soliciting prospects on behalf of Division Laundry Dallas, LLC. ("Company") away from the Company's facility. Their duties include building and maintaining ongoing prospective lead files for future calls. Prospecting will include but not limited to answering phone calls or emails lead groups, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:•Provide introductory information to new prospects.•Develop sales leads with prospect•Secure meetings with prospect•Complete all required paperwork involved in setting up new accounts.•Perform needs analysis on sales calls to better target proposals•Schedule sales calls and follow-ups to maximize time in front of prospects•Provide linen utilization suggestions when setting up new accounts•Turn in weekly requirements of travel logs, sales call activities and preplanners•Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services •Follow up with customers to ensure all services are going as planned •Setting up new accounts•Perform other duties as assigned by Management•Customarily and regularly engaged away from Company's facility•Exercise discretion and independent judgment with matters of significance to the Company, including but not limited to, authority to formulate, affect, interpret or implement policies regarding customer service relations and business operations.•Attend plant tours when required•Attend association meetings as required•Maintain assigned weekly averageMinimum Qualifications•Interpersonal and customer skills•Analytical and problem-solving skills•Multitasking and organizational skills•Ability to answer and place a high volume of calls and/or emails daily•Attentiveness and patience•Time-management skills•Ability to find the positive in any situation•Sound judgement and problem solving •Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion, a hunter•Excellent written and oral communication skills•Familiarity with MS Office products•Maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license•Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.•Pass a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.Preferred Qualifications •Travel Required: * 70% - 80% within assigned territoryPhysical Requirements•The position requires considerable sitting, typing and the ability to move objects of less than 25 pounds.•Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.•Ability to hear for safety and awareness of surroundings.•Ability to drive vehicleWork EnvironmentThe position requires the ability to communicate in person, telephonically and via email.Scheduled Weekly Hours: SalariedEEO Statement Employees of Division Laundry Dallas, LLC are protected by federal laws, Presidential Executive Orders, and other laws designed to protect employees from discrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), sexual orientation, parental status, national origin, age, disability, family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or any other non-merit based factor.
