About Our Property Welcome to the InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue, a sophisticated addition to Pyramid Global Hospitality. Situated in the heart of Avenue Bellevue—a premier lifestyle destination with exclusive shopping, dining, and luxury living—this property features 208 stylish guest rooms and 11,756 sq. ft. of refined meeting and event spaces, including a stunning 900 sq. ft. outdoor terrace with natural light and city views. Job Summary INSERT PROPERTY SPECIFIC INFORMATION (i.e., Resort Marketing Details, Sign‑On Bonus, Property Specific Benefits, etc.). What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Fridays and Saturdays. As the Overnight Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our residents. You’ll ensure they feel at home by providing outstanding service and assisting with a variety of needs. Every night will bring new experiences, but your main responsibilities will include: Warm Welcome & Resident Support: Greet residents with a friendly, professional demeanor. Assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services. Seamless Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information. Resident Services & Assistance: Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities. Assist with service requests, such as medical referrals, childcare, and florists. Package & Delivery Coordination: Assist residents with food and beverage deliveries and ensure secure handling of packages. Complaint Resolution: Address concerns with professionalism, conducting thorough research to find the best solutions. Stay calm and composed, even during high‑pressure situations. Safety & Security: Work closely with Security to monitor the lobby, maintain a vigilant presence, and ensure a safe environment. Maintain Standards: Follow HOA and Pyramid Hotel Group guidelines for professional conduct, grooming, and attendance. What are we looking for? High school diploma or equivalent A strong desire to make an impact on other people An outgoing and engaging personality Advanced knowledge of the local area Computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Compensation $25.00 Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
