Job Description We currently have a lot of work in the Earlysville/Charlottesville, VA area and are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our company. This is a permanent role. Responsibilities Operate power construction equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, tractors, and front‑end loaders to excavate, move and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement. Perform equipment maintenance, including lubricating, inspecting and cleaning. Qualifications Must be able to operate the equipment listed above to establish grades for new construction of roads, parking lots, building pads, etc. Knowledge of GPS system for establishing grades is a plus. 3–5 years of experience preferred. Drug test/screening, reference checks, and dependable transportation required.
