Consultant – Cybersecurity Services (Remote, 20-40%) Application requirements: CV and application form As a Consultant for the Virtual Routes Cybersecurity Services Centre, you will play a vital role in implementing and coordinating cybersecurity support for organizations across Europe. The Centre primarily operates in Ireland, Germany, Poland, Italy, and Spain, providing practical cybersecurity assistance to organizations that strengthen their local communities. You will work as part of an international team covering these regions, helping manage and deliver services such as onboarding, training, and technical support. This role combines project management with hands‑on cybersecurity work — ideal for a professional who can bridge operational coordination with practical cyber knowledge and clear communication. What We Offer: Salary: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience Location: Remote-first, based in Europe Contract Type: 1‑year consultancy agreement (20‑40% FTE), with potential for renewal Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the onboarding of organizations receiving cybersecurity support Liaise with external service providers and beneficiaries to ensure project delivery Support the delivery of cybersecurity training sessions and awareness activities Monitor implementation progress and contribute to periodic reporting Provide feedback to improve service delivery processes and documentation What We Are Looking For: Experience: Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, IT project management, or related coordination roles. Prior work with NGOs, SMEs, or local community organizations is an advantage. Education: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field. Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across partners and countries.
