Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team by fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and achieve financial goals.
Drive financial and operational results by executing business plans, managing inventory, cash handling, and analyzing reporting to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
Create a positive and productive work environment by building trust, recognizing achievements, and encouraging open communication, engagement, and collaboration.
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team and drive accountability through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Embrace continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of coffee‑bar operations including cleanliness, organization, product quality, staffing, and compliance with all safety and labor laws.
Utilize Peet’s tools to schedule, deploy, and manage staffing to meet productivity, speed, and service goals.
Demonstrate sound judgment, effective change management, problem‑solving, and de‑escalation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years management/supervisory experience in the food service or related industry.
Open availability and willingness to work a 40‑hour week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to supervise and work with minors per Peet’s Employment of Minors policies.
Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
Capable of performing physical tasks required for the role.
