A well-established group dental practice in
Charlotte, NC
is seeking a
General Dentist
to join its team. This modern, fully equipped office supports a comprehensive scope of general dentistry and offers a strong clinical environment for a motivated provider.
Position Highlights
4-day work week
Collaborative 2-doctor practice model
Bread-and-butter general dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office equipped with Pan)
8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
Patient mix primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)
Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive daily minimum guarantee transitioning to
30–32% of adjusted production
PTO with paid holidays
