Lead Business Systems Analyst – Learning Products, Retail Operations We're looking for a visionary Lead to build and own the operational backbone of our rapidly growing "Activate Experts" program. As a senior leader on the team, you will design the systems, processes, and strategies that allow us to scale training to our in‑store experts efficiently while delivering a world‑class learning experience. This highly strategic role is perfect for an operator who can master everything from technical operations, complex business workflows, to the learning technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership: Define and own the long‑term scaling strategy and vision for the Activate Experts program, ensuring efficient and rapid scaling.

AI‑Driven Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend AI‑based solutions within your area of focus, and contribute to proposals for larger scope.

Requirements & Prototyping: Synthesize requirements from customer feedback, data analysis, and cross‑functional teams; provide technical requirements to product, data, and engineering teams; define and validate prototypes.

Cross‑Functional Partnership: Strong influencer with Product Management, Engineering, L&D, Business, and Operations to drive discussions and secure data for design and requirement decisions.

Solution Execution: Lead AI solutioning for complex operational tasks, working with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes across business and technical infrastructure.

Data‑Driven Culture: Champion continuous improvement, producing and analyzing complex data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key learning tech vendors (Docebo, Intellum, Articulate, Credly, Glider, Synthesia, WhatFix, 7Taps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Analytics Reporting Tools).

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in a strategic, technical operations role (e.g., Product Management, Business Systems Analyst, Platform Operations).

Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Innovator: Strong problem‑solving mindset to develop AI‑driven solutions for operational efficiencies.

Market Analysis: Scan the market for new AI‑driven technologies and provide data‑driven recommendations, tech assessments, and comparative analysis.

Business Process & Systems Integration: Deep understanding of business operations evaluation and technology solution implementation, including impact analysis, gap analysis, and system options.

Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven ability to produce and analyze complex data, with advanced knowledge of analytical tools and techniques.

Operational Systems Expertise: Deep expertise in designing and scaling operational processes and systems (e.g., LMS, CRM, ticketing, ServiceNow, payment systems).

Agile Operations: Strong Agile Scrum and PMP background, hands‑on expertise in JIRA to manage projects and align cross‑functional teams.
