building long-term talent pipelines through authentic community connections . Youll actively work with school program heads, respected advisors, and trusted referral sources to identify candidates who align with both clinical excellence and the values-driven culture we serve. What Youll Do Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding Develop
trusted relationships
with nursing, therapy, and medical training programs, internship directors, and community-based referral partners Proactively
build and maintain a strong pipeline
of qualified candidates across multiple specialties Tailor outreach and communication to attract candidates who reflect the cultural sensitivity and professionalism needed in our unique care environment Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job needs and align candidate selection Maintain organized tracking of candidates, leads, and outcomes in recruiting systems
Ideal Candidate
recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or community-based services Demonstrated success building
relationship-driven talent pipelines Understands the importance of cultural fit in healthcare delivery Personable, driven, and capable of forming rapport across professional and informal networks Proficient with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and tracking pipelines Organized and proactive with strong follow-up
