Program Manager – Real Estate Construction

We are looking for an experienced
Program Manager
to work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organisation’s financial and strategic goals across its programme of works.
Responsibilities
Advanced knowledge in project and programme management best practices and applications.
Provide capital project advice and leading practice guidance to assist with specific stage‑gate improvements.
Manage stakeholders, including senior leadership, district programme managers, design execution, construction, project controls group and more.
Oversee quality control of set processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
Develop and oversee programme reporting to key stakeholders and programme governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
Develop programme improvement initiatives.
Set up and manage programme tools – such as decision‑making framework, action trackers, issue trackers, risk registers, programme directories etc.
Manage the programme operational framework, including the set‑up, preparation and facilitation of programme meetings.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and ability to supervise team members.
Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
Ability to bring innovation to existing processes and procedures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to visually present data.
Good understanding of standard forms of contract.

Salary Range $140K – $150K per year (base salary only).
Work Arrangement Onsite / in‑office work is required. This is not a remote role.
