What the Day Will Look Like We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader with a strong track record in complex, global, multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar contracts, preferably within the employee benefits sector, to lead our sales efforts across North America. The successful candidate will work directly with the NA GB leader and the Global Chief Commercial Officer for GB.

Responsibilities

Drive targeting of new logo opportunities for global benefit sales, leveraging AON’s current relationships to expand new business.

Proactively manage target clients for GB across North America.

Create and manage a robust pipeline.

Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for complex, global, multi‑year, multi‑million dollar contracts.

Maintain regular connections with internal business practice leads, sales channels, and targeted clients through social media, in‑person, and virtual opportunities.

Anticipate and address internal and external client needs, establishing relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Five or more years of successful enterprise sales, with a proven track record in complex sales to global benefits, total reward or risk management buyers.

Experience in global benefits or large‑market health sales is a strong advantage.

Exceptional consultative selling skills.

High‑level C‑suite engagement and negotiation experience.

Demonstrated high‑quality client interaction and comprehensive sales/marketing skills.

Participation in training to stay current with all key global benefit consulting topics and research.

Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.

Salary & Incentives U.S. salary range: $150,000–$200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and market data. The position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan providing production incentives.
