Senior Commissioning Project Manager
to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of sustainable, high-performing buildings.
What You'll Do
Lead commissioning projects from start to finish-scope, budget, client relationships, and everything in between. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams. Oversee functional and pre-functional testing of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Mentor junior staff, manage resources, and drive project success. Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development. What You Bring Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years in commissioning or MEP project management. Strong understanding of building systems and industry standards. Leadership, communication, and client-facing confidence. CxA, PE, PMP, or similar certifications a plus. Why EEI?
