Lead Engineer – Remington Hospitality
Join Remington Hospitality as a Lead Engineer. Your role focuses on operating and maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems in our food production and hospitality environments.
Responsibilities
Operate central HVAC equipment safely and efficiently according to corporate procedures.
Repair and maintain food production machinery, kitchen equipment, laundry systems, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues and resolve them economically.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
Maintain fire safety equipment operations and implement emergency procedures.
Respond to HVAC or room calls as a priority.
Produce accurate logs, charts and preventive maintenance forms.
Provide training to team members, including Engineer II and Engineer III.
Train staff in your department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation $25/hour
