Komline-Harn . This role is part of Komline’s pioneering leadership in advanced separation technologies, focusing on water solutions such as membrane filtration and stormwater technologies.

As the Controller of Diversified Water, you will support the segment’s financial stewardship and lead a team across six business units, managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Base Pay Range $155,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, tax compliance, and revenue recognition.

Oversee preparation of monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, cash‑flow forecasts, and working‑capital reports.

Lead initiatives to shorten the monthly close cycle and improve working‑capital management.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of percentage‑of‑completion (POC) schedules for inclusion in monthly statements.

Maintain compliance with GAAP and collaborate with external auditors for the annual audit.

Execute audits in compliance with GAAP, minimizing adjustments and internal‑control comments.

Develop special projects and ad‑hoc reporting as required by the business.

Keep abreast of organizational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.

Set high standards for finance processes and implement best practices and system enhancements.

Create a culture of service, performance, and continuous improvement, rewarding initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

10+ years of accounting and team‑leadership experience.

Prior role as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar in a multi‑location organization.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Experience with multiple ERP/accounting systems and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration projects.

History of managing accounting functions for multiple sites.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time‑management in fast‑paced environments.

Ability to travel up to 25% to business units.

Preferred Skills

Industrial manufacturing experience.

Percentage‑of‑completion accounting experience in manufacturing or project environments.
